How to Rate Service
AndGo allows you to rate services and provide specific feedback using the Rate Service feature.
To rate a completed service, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Vehicle Details Page
- Scroll down to Maintenance History
- Click the appointment to open up the Service Details page
- Click the Rate Service button on the top right of the page
- Fill out rating and any feedback you want to give the service provider
