How To Perform a Hard Refresh
In the event that you experience technical difficulty with any aspect of the AndGo platform, we recommend that you first perform a hard refresh.
To perform a Hard Refresh, follow the steps below:
On a PC
Hold down Ctrl and Shift and then press R. Or, hold the Ctrl key and press the F5 key
On a MAC
Hold down the Cmd (Command) key + Shift + the R key.
