As a fleet manager, you can easily edit vehicle details to reflect your fleet information. Your fleet has been initially uploaded using temporary IDs. In order to receive seamless servicing, you should be sure to update your vehicle's address and ID to match your records before scheduling.
Please Note: Vehicle Year, Make, and Model will be matched through VIN classification provided by the NHTSA. If you wish to change the VIN or this information, please contact AndGo Support.
How To Edit Vehicle Details
To edit a vehicle's details, follow the steps below:
- On your home page, select the row of the vehicle you wish to edit
- On the vehicle details page, select Edit Vehicle
- A new window will appear allowing you to edit:
- Vehicle Specs
- Tire Information
- Service Information
- Once changes have been made, click Submit to save
How Do I Change My Vehicle's Address?
Your vehicle's homebase address can be updated by changing the Homebase Address field in the Edit Vehicle window.
How Do I Add Vehicle Access Notes for the Store?
You can add access notes to your vehicle's profile to be shared with the store, by editing the Access Notes field in the Edit Vehicle window.
