How Will AndGo Notify Me About Issues?
If an issue occurs during your service appointment, you will receive a notification via your preferred notification option. The notification will contain details about the issue, when the appointment can be completed, and if there is any action required by you.

What Kinds of Issues Can Occur?
Vehicle Access Issues:
- Unable to Enter Vehicle/Locate Keys - Service location cannot access a vehicle due to no keys, or access not being provided by a remote entry app.

Vehicle Dropped Off Not Clicked - Vehicle dropped off button not used to indicate vehicle is ready for shuttling or service. Click here for more information on how to drop your vehicle off.

Vehicle Not On Site - A vehicle is not present at the service location or designated parking spot.

Transport Services Not Added - The required Transport services have not been included on an appointment requiring shuttling.
Unable to Complete Services:
- Technician Unavailable - Service location is unable to provide the technician required.

DOT technician unavailable - A DOT certified technician is not available.

Additional time needed for diagnosis/repairs - An appointment could not completed by the estimated completion time and additional time is required.

Vehicle damaged - Vehicle has significant damage and cannot be serviced.

Tow required - Vehicle is not drivable and requires a tow.
Additional Work Required:

Dealership work needed - Vehicle needs to be taken to the dealership for service, the services cannot be completed at a Goodyear Service Center.

Warranty work needed - The services that need to be completed are covered by warranty, and the Goodyear Service Center is not authorized to complete the warranty work required.

Bodywork needed - Vehicle requires bodywork repairs that cannot be completed at a Goodyear Service Center.
Parts Unavailable - The required parts for a service are not in store and need to be ordered.
Duplicate Appointment - Multiple appointments created on the same day for the same vehicle and service(s).
Service Not Needed - A service is unnecessary.
How Can I Find More Information About Issues?
To find more details about an issue reported on a service appointment, you can view the incomplete service in the vehicle's Maintenance History. Or you can contact the service location directly using the information in the Contact Us tab of the AndGo Resource Center.
