- Scheduled Appointments - An appointment is scheduled for a vehicle in your fleet
- Waitlist Scheduled / Declined - A waitlist request has been scheduled or declined
When the Vehicle Has or Hasn't Been Dropped Off for Service
- Vehicle Dropped Off Confirmation - The service provider has confirmed the vehicle is ready after you've clicked the Vehicle Dropped Off Button
- Resolved Vehicle Access Issues - A Vehicle Not On Site or Vehicle Access Issue is resolved

When there is an Issue with the Scheduled Service
- Vehicle Access Issues - Unable to Enter Vehicle/Locate Keys, Vehicle Dropped Off Not Clicked , Vehicle Not On Site, Transport Services Not Added
- Unable to Complete Services - Technician Unavailable, DOT technician unavailable, Additional time needed for diagnosis/repairs, Vehicle damaged , Tow required
- Additional Work Required - Dealership work needed, Warranty work needed , Bodywork needed
- Parts Unavailable
- Duplicate Appointment
- Service Not Needed

When Additional Services are Required or When Appointments are Rescheduled
- Additional Service Recommended – The service provider recommends an additional service to your appointment
- Rescheduled Appointments - An appointment was rescheduled by the service provider
When the Appointment is Completed
- Ready for Pickup - Your vehicle is available for pickup
- New Invoices - An invoice is uploaded from the service provider
