How Will I Know if my Waitlist Appointment is Accepted?
Service Providers determine whether or not they can accommodate your waitlist request based on store capacity.
If the Service Provider is able to accommodate your waitlist request, you will receive a Waitlist Scheduled notification, along with appointment information.
If the Service Provider is not able to accommodate your waitlist request, you will receive a Waitlist Declined notification, and a Needs to Schedule service card created for the service.
