How Can I Find Scheduled Appointment Information?
The Appointments page allows you to view and track all appointments from a single page. You are able to see all Scheduled, In Progress, Completed and Closed appointments from this view.
To view the Appointments page, follow the steps below:
- Click Appointments in the navigation bar
- Filter appointments by status (Scheduled, Scheduled Transport, In Progress, Completed or Closed)
- Select a date from the calendar that you would like to see appointments for
- Search by service name or vehicle ID
- Click on the appointment row to see service details
How Can I Find/Edit Appointments From The Vehicle Details Page?
Once an appointment is scheduled in AndGo, you can find appointment information or edit your appointment from the Service Card. This Service Card will reflect the most up to date status of your service.
To find the Service Card, follow the steps below:
- Click the vehicle in your fleet to go to the Vehicle Details page
- Scroll down to the Upcoming Services section
Where Do I Find Completed Appointments & Maintenance History?
Completed appointment information such as photos, measurements, and notes can be found in the vehicle's Maintenance History.
To find the Maintenance History, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Vehicle Details page
- Scroll down to Maintenance History
- Click the appointment to open the Service Details page.

How Do I Access My Invoices?
Service providers upload invoices to AndGo as soon as they are available. When this happens, AndGo will send a notification with the attached invoice. Invoices can also be found in the vehicle's Maintenance History.
To find an invoice, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Vehicle Details Page
- Scroll down to Maintenance History
- If an invoice is ready, you will see the
