Please Note: Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up until the Technician has started service. To modify an In Progress appointment, please contact AndGo Support.

To Reschedule an Appointment, follow the steps below:
1. Select the vehicle whose appointment you'd like to reschedule
2. Once in the Vehicle Details page, scroll down to locate the Upcoming Service Card
3. Select Reschedule on the bottom left of the service card
4. Select your preferred Date and Time
5. Click Submit
How to Cancel Appointments
To cancel an appointment, follow the steps below
1. Select the vehicle whose appointment you'd like to cancel
2. Once in the Vehicle Details page, scroll down to locate the Upcoming Service Card
3. Select the icon on the bottom right of the Service Card
4. Select Delete to confirm cancellation
