When Do I Drop Off my Vehicle and Keys?
Your vehicle and keys must be in the designated drop off locations, and service provider notified via the Vehicle Dropped Off button, by the appointment start time.
How Do I Notify the Service Provider my Vehicle is Ready?
The Vehicle Dropped Off button must be used to notify the service provider when your vehicle and keys are in the designated drop off locations.
To notify the service provider your vehicle is ready, follow the steps below:
- Confirm vehicle and keys are in correct drop off location
- Click the vehicle in your fleet to go to the Vehicle Details page
- Scroll down to the Upcoming Services section
- Click Vehicle Dropped Off
What if my Vehicle/Keys Are Not Available?
Plans Change! If your vehicle or keys are not available by the appointment start time, you should reschedule the appointment using the Service Card.
If your vehicle/keys are not available and the Vehicle Dropped Off Button is not used, the Service Provider will report an issue and request you to reschedule. To learn more about what happens when issues occur, click here.
