Can I Receive Shuttling for my Service Appointment?
Certain Service Locations offer vehicle shuttling to and from the service location at no cost to you. If your assigned service location offers shuttling, you will be able to schedule it.
To receive shuttling with your service appointment, include both Transport (Pickup) and Transport (Drop off) services from the service list when scheduling. At the service start time, you MUST confirm your vehicle and keys are at the designated location and click the Vehicle Dropped Off Button.
What if I Don't See the Vehicle I'm Looking For?
Your fleet has been pre-uploaded with all vehicles eligible for service. These vehicles have been uploaded with temporary vehicle IDs, so they may not match the IDs used in your fleet. Before scheduling, it is recommended to update your IDs by editing vehicle details.
If you receive new vehicles, these must be added to AndGo in order to receive service. To learn more about how to add vehicles, click here.
What if None of These Times Work for Me?
If you cannot find a suitable time when scheduling, you can opt to join the service provider's waitlist. To learn more about how to join the waitlist, click here.
Can I Walk-In For Service?
