How To Find the Fleet Manager Dashboard
The Fleet Manager Dashboard is your new landing page. If you ever need to navigate back to it, you can click Dashboard in the Navigation bar.
What Kinds of Action Items will be on my Dashboard?
Current and past additional service requests are seamlessly integrated into the platform within the Fleet Manager Dashboard. These requests and their status are denoted by the additional service icon and accompanied with relevant photos.
Incomplete services or unscheduled services from a service plan will display on the dashboard with a "Needs to Schedule" status.
How To Manage Action Items
Fleet managers can choose to accept, reject, or schedule these requests at their convenience.
To manage an action item, follow the below steps:
1. Click Approve All or Schedule
2. OR click the arrow to the left of the appointment
3. Click the to schedule later,
to reject the service, or
to accept.
What if I Don't Manage Action Items in Time?
If additional service requests go unreviewed before the appointment concludes, they generate a "Needs to Schedule" action item. "Needs to Schedule" action items left unreviewed for 30 days will be automatically deleted from the dashboard.
